Responsibilities
Coordinate all theatre operations, including movie scheduling and event planning
Lead, train, and schedule staff and volunteers
Oversee nightly volunteer coordination
Manage nightly operations, concessions, and customer service (5 nights per week)
Perform basic maintenance and janitorial duties
Handle operational bills, payments, and bookkeeping
Provide monthly treasurer and operational reports to the Board of Directors
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in administration, customer service, or event coordination is an asset
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an asset
Experience with projection equipment or video playlist software is an asset
Experience running a non-profit or charity is an asset
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and social media tools
Passion for film, arts, culture, and community service
