Current State, First steps

This historic building is currently owned by the Town of Gull Lake, and has great potential to provide more professional, retail or short term rental space.

Phase 1 will include restoring utilities, doors, windows and fixtures on the main level to provide a blank canvas for businesses looking to set up in the space.
