This historic downtown building is a great option to increase commercial space locally. The building has structural integrity and the cost of demolishing a building would be more than restoration.
Retail and professional rental space is needed in Gull Lake. Short term rentals are also in high demand.
We ran the numbers! With median revenue our feasibility study predicts ROI will be between 1%-4% upon project completion.
This historic building is currently owned by the Town of Gull Lake, and has great potential to provide professional, retail or short term rental space. Phase 1 will include restoring utilities, doors, windows and fixtures on the main level to provide a blank canvas for businesses looking to set up in the space.
