Join us at the Gull Lake Rec Arena Parking Lot from 9am-2pm on Thursday, May 15th for your child’s opportunity to learn about, and practice, safe bicycling skills.
The Bike Rodeo includes a bike inspection, helmet fitting, and a series of skills stations directly related to everyday bicycling situations. Participants will practice starting and stopping, hand signals, and how to look for traffic, negotiate an intersection and avoid common road hazards.
Your child will need to bring a bicycle (scooter, skateboard, balance bike, etc) and a helmet, and a signed registration & Waiver form. Forms are available at the Town Office.
This program is sponsored by The Town of Gull Lake, Saskatchewan Health Authority, and Co-op.
If you would like to volunteer, please contact Chelsie: 306-672-4449 or Tiffany 306-778-5290 or Bonnie 306-294-7600. Please stop by the Town Office to pick up a waiver & registration form.
