Complaint Process
Please note, concerns are handled on a priority basis.
The Bylaw Enforcement Officer (BEO) will visit the location of the concern to conduct an initial inspection.
Depending on the volume of reports and the available time, it may take several days before an initial inspection occurs.
If there appears to be a bylaw violation, the BEO will take appropriate action to achieve compliance, depending on the type of violation.
